Please note that as all items are bespoke, sales are final, so please ensure you take care and attention when selecting a piece. All packages are sent via Australia Post and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. While we take as much care and attention as possible when packaging, we cannot take responsibility if your package is lost or damaged while being shipped. If there is an issue, please contact Australia Post right away and report the damage. Then please contact us via pottery.by.janae@gmail.com so we can assist with a refund or replacement. 

You can also select the option of collecting your order from Lyonville. Please send me an email so this can be arranged.
